Lonjezo “Jezo” got her start in real estate 14 years ago, working primarily in residential and commercial property management. Because of this focus, she is an expert in generating income, analyzing markets, negotiating, advertising, and budgeting. In short, she develops strategies for clients that lead to excellent returns on their investments.

Jezo is energized by helping people reach their real estate goals. “I love strategizing. Even though Charlotte is one of the hottest markets, I can still find the perfect solution for every client. Sometimes the strategy involves finding off-market listings, crafting an offer that will stand out and get chosen, or waiting for the right opportunity. A host of factors have to be considered to get buyers the best deal.” As a seasoned marketer and negotiator, Jezo also loves working with sellers to get them the highest price in the fewest number of days. “There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing your client smiling and celebrating one of their greatest moments.”

Originally from Malawi, Africa, Jezo enjoys traveling and experiencing different cultures and foods. She and her husband often explore Charlotte’s growing restaurant scene and are the proud parents of Esco, a YorkiPoo. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Missouri.
