Crystalyn also uses her finance knowledge to advise sellers on negotiations that will lead to a contract that closes. In the hot Charlotte market, sellers often receive multiple offers so she carefully reviews each one—often calling lenders for assurances that deals will close on time. She applies this kind of attention to detail to every step of the transaction.

For the past 15 years, she’s served the Charlotte community, volunteering on the marketing team for a non-profit dedicated to bridging the generation gap and lessening economic disparities for high school girls. She also lends her time and expertise to Next Level Realty Plus’s Mentoring Program.

She loves international travel, trying different cuisines and the most popular dishes in every country she visits, and can’t wait to return to Seville, Spain, when COVID restrictions are lifted.

Crystalyn’s husband is also a real estate agent and they have one toddler son named Carter and Yorkie named Gucci.
