Amy Rice has always been passionate about real estate. Fifteen years ago while living in Las Vegas she wanted to provide a pathway to safe housing for those who were homeless or living in unstable environments, particularly families led by single mothers. She founded Graice Supportive Housing, a non-profit organization, to meet this need through services, education, and home placement.
“One of my greatest joys is knowing that a family who was living on the margins is now in a safe home where they can thrive.”
This year she took that passion to the next level by becoming a licensed North Carolina real estate agent. “I’m driven to help people realize their home goals by listening carefully, communicating well, and supporting them all the way to the closing table and beyond.”
She represents both residential buyers and sellers and is excited to join the Next Level Realty Plus team in this extremely competitive seller’s market. “I know the importance of loyalty and teamwork, and I play to win, committed to representing my clients at the highest level.”
In her spare time, she enjoys exercising and traveling with her family—an adult daughter and a 9-year-old son who wants to become a YouTuber. “I love to show my son the world so that he learns to respect other people’s cultures. The internet can make the world feel small, but nothing replaces experiencing a culture firsthand.”
