Alita Carter joins The Next Level Realty Plus after a highly successful career in entertainment, working for industry giants Atlantic Records, Universal Records, BET, Showtime, and several others. She focused on marketing their campaigns via television, the Internet, and various publishing outlets.

She brings this expertise to her passion for real estate by crafting marketing strategies for sellers that will get their homes in front of the right potential buyers. And because she’s worked with cutting-edge, marketing leaders, she’s uniquely qualified to market high-end, luxury homes.

She’ll also be an integral part of assisting us in training and educating our team on how to take their marketing to the Next Level.

Alita moved to Charlotte a couple of years ago from Jersey City, New Jersey, where she served as Director of the Mary McLeod Bethune Life Center. While there, she implemented programming for seniors, adults, and youth that provided exercise, classes, and educational workshops to help enhance the community.

Building community is one of the things she does best, and she’s looking forward to doing that with agents here at The Next Level Realty Plus, the greater Charlotte area real estate agents, and the buyers and sellers it’s her privilege to serve.
